About.

I was originally drawn to yoga as a form of exercise and to increase my flexibility. Since I began practicing in 2014, yoga has provided those things, but it has also given me an outlet to relieve stress, to calm anxiety, and to be more mindful about my body. Essentially, the practice has given me the tools to cultivate my own physical and personal growth.

As a teacher, my goal is to facilitate a beneficial physical practice on the mat, and relay yoga tools that extend to life beyond the mat. During class, my goal is to inspire others to move in a way that’s safe for their body, and I encourage props when helpful to support a practice that is beneficial and sustainable. Through this physical practice, I hope to relay the tools I have learned and continue to learn from my teachers, which help me move through life with greater ease and equanimity.

I received my RYT-200 teacher training certification from Boston Yoga School in January, 2020 while studying with Ame Wren, Bethany McCorkle, and Melissa Holmes Perkins. You can find me offer yoga virtually at this time, and welcome opportunities for in-person one on one and group classes.

What to expect.

I currently teach vinyasa-style yoga because it's my JAM. My vinyasa yoga sequences almost always have a theme, but can vary each class; from slow or gentle flow, to more athletic and high intensity sequences.

WELCOME! I’m so glad you’re here.
